About the founder

A technician who became an owner

Jeff Powers started on the shop floor more than 22 years ago and became an ASE Certified Senior Master Technician. He knows what it's like to be great at the work and still struggle with the business side, because he was there.

For more than ten years he has built and run multiple businesses and auto shops, and he learned what it takes to grow without burning out. His faith shapes how he leads, how he treats people and how he makes decisions.

He coaches owners in any industry, with a special focus on auto repair shops.

Do I have to be a person of faith?

No. The coaching is grounded in biblical wisdom, and anyone who wants to build with integrity is welcome.

Do I have to own an auto repair shop?

No. Jeff works with owners in any industry who have a team and want the business to run without them. Auto repair is where he built his experience.

How are sessions held?

Online over Google Meet, so you can join from anywhere.

What's the difference between private and group?

Private coaching is one on one with Jeff, focused only on your business. Group coaching puts you with a small group of owners working on real problems together.
